PBT to Open New Head Office In Kolkata, Urges All Victims and Conscientious Citizens To Join For Fighting “Medical Negligence” and Healthcare Corruption

On our 14th anniversary on 30th December to be celebrated at the Rotary Sadan in Kolkata, PBT is also going to open a permanent and new head office in Kolkata. The new address for PBT is:

People for Better Treatment (PBT)
79, Lenin Sarani
Commercial Point (Ground Floor)
Room No. G/4D1
Kolkata 700013

To celebrate this auspicious occasion, PBT president Dr. Kunal Saha would also come to Kolkata from his permanent place of residence in USA. During his upcoming trip to India, Dr. Saha would also participate in several legal proceedings including cases on behalf of the alleged victims of medical negligence that are pending before different consumer courts in India. Although a medical doctor, Dr. Saha has unparalleled wisdom and experience in arguing before the court in cases involving “medical negligence”. As we reported earlier, Dr. Saha has already appeared in court and won cases on behalf of victims of “medical negligence” on several occasions. Of course, Dr. Saha and PBT provide this service to help medical victims for free only for the sake of humanity although we urge every able citizen to come and join hands with us in this enormous battle against the corrupt and negligent doctors and hospitals in India.

People are encouraged to contact PBT at 9831983670/9038083670/9143650171/9836706952 to join on this major anniversary day on 30th December, 2015 or if you want to meet and/or consult Dr. Saha for litigation or other purposes. You can also write to Dr. Saha directly at his email at ANKU1@EARTHLINK.NET or through PBT’s email at PBTINDIA2012@GMAIL.COM.

PBT is doing very right thing to open the permanent office in Calcutta. The remote rural medically negligence sufferers will be able to contact easily with Dr. Saha and PBT in Calcutta office. The more people will be benefitted in it. Happy PBT 14th anniversary. We have a plan to volunteer with your organization in near future.

    dear Sir,

It is great pleasure to say few words about creating a new horizon against corrupt medical professionals and Private hospitals, who are involved in medical negligence cases. PBT is a unique platform for the victims of medical negligence in India. A lot of cases are being pending at State Consumer Forum due to not taking any interest by State Governments for appointing sufficient number of memebers in forum for judiciate the medical negligency cases in trasparent manner. We hope that PBT is a paltform for raising such issues with Central Govt. for resolving the issues of Medical Negligence’s victims.

Congrutulation for establishing New offices at KOLKATA.

    ( DR. MARKANDEY KESHARI)

This is a very good move by PBT. Dr. Keshari, I would like to tell you that any no of penal committee or member in WBMC is not going to deliver justice to the victims of medical negligence in Kolkata. This I am telling you from my own experience.

It is a very good news that our PBT has now got a permanent office in a very prominent place in Kolkata and the medical negligence victims would now get a platform to join and seek help in fighting legal cases against the mighty opponents having money and lobbying power. It is most sensational news that Dr. Saha’s best expertise and brain would now be available to the justice seekers to get quick and maximum redressal with reasonable cost in an environment where the country is reeling under acute corruption, unethical practices and erosion in values.

disse:Thanks for sharing your ideas with this blog. Also, a faantsy regarding the financial institutions intentions if talking about foreclosures is that the financial institution will not take my installments. There is a specific amount of time the bank can take payments from time to time. If you are very deep inside hole, they’re going to commonly require that you pay the particular payment in whole. However, that doesn’t mean that they will have any sort of payments at all. Should you and the traditional bank can have the ability to work a little something out, this foreclosure practice may end. However, if you continue to miss out on payments under the new plan, the foreclosure process can just pick up from where it left off.

Great work and great going! Count me in with all of you in this fight against corrupt and callous doctors.

My family is also a victim of medical negligence. I’ve started the petition “Medical Council of India, Lilavati Hospital: Cancel License, expel Corrupt Nephrologist Hemant Mehta, Prashant Rajput who killed my Mom” and need your help to get it off the ground.

Will you take 30 seconds to sign it right now. Here’s the link:

disse:I know of the fact that now, more and more people are iiegcasnnrly being attracted to video cameras and the subject of digital photography. However, being photographer, you need to first commit so much time frame deciding the exact model of digital camera to buy and also moving via store to store just so you can buy the lowest priced camera of the brand you have decided to settle on. But it would not end generally there. You also have take into consideration whether you can purchase a digital camera extended warranty. Thanks a lot for the good guidelines I obtained from your website.
